Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Con Cariño Flores. For this reason we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This is to ensure that all materials are ordered in time for your event. The second half of payment will be required 2 weeks before the event date.
If for any reason you are unable to complete your payment, please contact us within 24 hours of the due date and we will do our best to make arrangements. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once payments have been made.
Cancellation Policy
Our products are perishable, because of that our cancellation options are limited.
We understand that plans change unexpectedly and we want to accommodate as
best as possible. With that being said, we can only refund a cancellation if
we have notice 72 hours prior to the date of delivery or pick up (excluding events that required a deposit).
If for any reason you need to cancel after the 72 hour window please reach out as soon as possible so we can help find the best solution.
Please know any delivery or pick up orders that are extended after the 72 hour window will not be eligible to cancel or extend once a new date is set.
